Quality of the rooms and services are not that of a 3 star hotel, but more like a two star with 3 star prices.
rooms are too small for 2 double beds . not suitable for more than 2 adults air conditioning very noisy
Free breakfast and location were great!
Small rooms, but that is the norm in New York
Location close to Times Square and subways.
The breakfast room too small, too crowded.
Hotel room was modern, clean and faiirly small.
Breakfast area was cramped and hot basement area
Customer Service was "Service Excellence" !! Staff made my stay quite pleasurable. Will definately stay again.
Location plus price eq exellent choice for tourists in NYC
Our room was spacious by New York standards & also a decent price as NY hotel rooms are not cheap. Modern facilities & very clean. Helpful staff & not that far from everything. Nice breakfast too was a bonus
The room was very comfortableand very clean. Staff was friendly.
The breakfast room could have been cleaner.
Really good location, only 5 minutes from Times Square and Broadway, 10 minutes from the Empire State and 15 from Central Park. Plenty of police visable on the surrounding streets making it feel very safe. Hotel room was small, as we expected from reading other reviews, but there were only 8 hangers in the wardrobe and no draws to put clothes in. We had a queen size bed, which was a fine size for two friends to sleep in. Glad we read reviews as we knew what we were getting. For price verses location, it was worth it.
It wasn't the best hotel, but it's the best you will get for the price in Manhatten. There was some mould in the bathroom. Air con was poor, even after we asked for it to be looked at. In all fairness though we did go during a heat wave when temperatures where up at 38 deg C (100 deg F). View from our 4th floor window was of a condemed building. Our room was next to the stairs and the door would constantly slam. Would be much better if there was a laundry room, perhaps instead of the small breakfast room.
It was convenient and satisfactory.
The stairwell to the breakfast area smelled so bad we did not eat the complimentary breakfast on Sunday.
The location is perfect - right next door to the Port Authority bus station (hence easily accessible from the airports), close to the metro stations, in walking distance from Times Square attractions and Empire State building. Although being close to these attractions the rooms are quiet. Rooms are small, but well equipped, Wifi worked well. Everything ok.
The breakfast was very basic, but still better than nothing. The hotel is expensive in general terms, but then the location right in the middle of Manhattan may compensate this.
Within Businesses and very busy Business district.
The hotel require complete cleaning including the rooms and breakfast area.
There is no way you can take a shower on this place and if you do everything gets flooded, the water goes even outside of the bathroom door..
The location. Close to everything.
Small rooms. We had to ask for toilet paper for shampoo for everything in the room service.
